Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and ready to ship within 2 business days. During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive email notifications with updates as your order moves through each stage of fulfillment.
Order Cut‑Off Time
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing on the next business day.
Updating Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@magnetymemo.com. If your order has not yet been packed, we will be able to update the address. Once an order is packed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We ship most orders via USPS.

We ship from South Carolina, and delivery typically takes:

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. This will be available soon — stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Costs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.
We will assist when possible, but we cannot replace or refund orders that show carrier‑confirmed delivery.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or high‑volume periods. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always process your order as quickly as possible.

Because our products are custom‑made and personalized, certain items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Personal care or perishable goods: Not applicable to our store, but included for legal compliance.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@magnetymemo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved after you contact us:
