  • Gift cards: Non‑refundable.

  • Personal care or perishable goods: Not applicable to our store, but included for legal compliance.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@magnetymemo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved after you contact us:

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please reply to your email thread with us so we can verify the status.
